Advantage Tech pioneered Career Transition in Calgary
Samuel Travis and Advantage Tech were pioneers in Career Transition, starting Calgary’s first specialist company back in 1980. Robert Lewis International Inc. (their first large client was Petro-Canada, for what was then called “Outplacement and Relocation Counselling”) became HR Tech, which became Advantage Tech Inc in 1989. Sam has helped guiding companies to setting appropriate payouts, sitting in on the exit interviews,and continuing to work with the former employees in their Career Transition Counselling.
Over the past 4o-plus years, hundreds of companies and thousands of workers have been helped to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
Advantage Tech has earned a reputation of providing solutions that are unique, practical and always on the leading edge to clients in both the private and public sectors. Clients range from those in the earliest start-up phase to well established organizations.
